For an additional 500 yen, you can add salmon and cheese gratin with white sauce.

This course is available exclusively for private use.

The minimum price is 70,000 yen on weekdays and 100,000 yen on Fridays and Saturdays. If the number of people exceeds the minimum price (2,800 yen for food + 1,200 to 2,700 yen for all-you-can-drink (tax included)), the entire restaurant can be rented out.

A huge block of pork shoulder, weighing up to 2.5 kg, is slowly roasted at low temperature in a steam convection oven until juicy. Once cooked, the meat can be "cut into the meat block" by the customer, which is sure to liven up your party.

Once the meat has been cut, it is returned to the kitchen to rest and then sliced before being served.
